Should I be worried

So me and my partner have ordered some new furniture. He asked me to check his laptop and go onto his emails to look in the junk folder as we are waiting on delivery and hadnt heard anything. Whilst I was checking, there was a spam email that was marked a read. It was one of them stupid ones that even I get and I've never signed up to anything, that says Maria aged 29 and chloe ages 36 looking for fun. I know it's spam, I've had them before. But he's opened it and looked at it. Should I worry that he has? Instead of just deleting it he's opened it read it and left it?
I'm not looking for any hate, I know I might be overthinking. Just looking for opinions

Overthinking.

No man who is hiding something would let you on his computer. And emails get opened very easily as you are scrolling through messages.

@MMmomDD thankyou, I think I might be just feeling a bit low confidence wise and needed reassurance as I was worried when I saw it

It’s really not a big deal. I’ve clicked on them before just out of curiosity

OP - why are you feeling low confidence?
Has anything happened in your life?

@MMmomDD
Previously cheated on while I was married. I think it's had a lasting effect and I don't show it to my partner but I think my guard is always up (I think this is because A lot went unnoticed for a while when it when going on)
