What is the worse, someone that now has a conviction after laying there hands on someone for several years? - clearly they thought they could get away with it. Or the person having to deal with the trauma of abuse that person put them through all those years?

Worse than what? Is the perpetrator blaming the victim for having a conviction? What bloody nerve!
The victim is the one who is suffering the consequences.

Yes the perpetrator is blaming the victim and saying a conviction is worse than what he has done to her.

People like him have absolutely no empathy and have no conception of the pain they cause to others.
There is absolutely no point in engaging with this kind of person as they are clearly not able to see sense and have already proven that they are not safe to be around.

If he'd kept his hands to himself in the first place, neither of them would have had negative experiences as a result.

But an abusive person is always going to blame everyone else but themselves.

Of course the person who was abused is in the worse situation.

The abuser has chosen to do this and the victim has had no or very little choice.
