Hi everyone who helped with advice, i wanted people to know i have got out of the situation and left 3 weeks ago, she is currently in the house and on Monday she will find out what benefits she willl get, as now my money is not paying.
We need to sell the house now but it needs the extension signing off before it can be. If she cant afford the mortgage payment should she leave asap and let me move back in? She has 2 children not mine so i want to do the right thing. Do i make her leave if she cant afford the mortgage etc that i was paying for her or do i let her stay if she can pay part of it while we get the extention signed off for selling the house. Need more advice please?
