Has anyone had a happy ending after being cheated on?

I separated from my husband recently after his emotional and physical affair and I’m really struggling to imagine a happy future. I’d love to hear your stories of your happy endings to give me so hope.

I’ve been cheated on in every relationship I’ve ever had and I’m starting to think I’m not destined to be loved.

I got away from my abusive ex about 9 months ago, returned to the UK. I am loving every second and by all accounts he's miserable as sin, living with his parents in the bedroom he had as a boy (he's 62).

DD and I are in a great location, I've just put in an offer on a house and am planning for the future. I'm eating well, am not stressed in the slightest and just am happy, every single day to have my freedom back.

100% no chance of getting involved with somebody again, the last 25 years were hell with him. DD, bless her, keeps hoping I'll come out and start dating women.

Oh and I refuse to buy anything in the supermarket that he liked so I don't get reminded of him 'sleeping with the enemy style' whenever I open a cupboard.

Shame about the Lurpak but needs must.

Hi , my awful ex had an affair when I had a 3 month old baby ! I was totally heartbroken. Four years later , I met a newly single friend of a friend and we are still together 20 years later . I trust my dp totally . My ex also
stopped bothering with dd 19 years ago , so he is completely out of my life , which is fantastic.
