Hi all I am a year out of a 20 year abusive marriage courts have issued a reastraing order my ex as done everything in his power to ruin me including calling me names threating me saying I've made him attempt suicide he as turned his back on our 3 children youngest is 12 and his latest act is to shack up with a girl who I know this as broken my soul but also opened my eyes to what a waste of space dead beat he is . So I am trying no contact and moving forward any advice support etc would be so helpful .

Just block him. If you have to communicate because of your children do it via email. But only ever discuss the children. Don't be pulled in to talk about anything else.
Also him in a new relationship realistically won't last. Don't torcher yourself over it. X

If he doesn't want contact with his children, then you have no reason to have his phone number / Facebook etc . Block your social media from him and don't care with whom he gets with . He was your past , he has no place in your future.

This R/O is just for you yes,? So at some point he may try to reconnect with kids, he presently loved up at moment, I suggest you try find a 3rd party 4 interim contact between him n kids, and remember if he trys to indirectly contact you by any means fb / text etc even mutual family n friends he breaches order and report it everytime ,!!
