I am 31 and find myself really drawn to someone at work who is 23. I am not looking to be in a relationship or make a move . But due to the age gap is my crush a bit creepy Part of me thinks he is way too young to fancy .

I’m 32 and wouldn’t date someone that was 23 personally but then I’ve never been attracted to younger men

It is a bit creepy IMO yes. But if you have a look at the relationships forum there is an increase of seaperate women looking to date young people with larger age gaps than then then coming on here to validate their position. So you wouldn't be alone but you don't need anyone else's approval.
Just make sure he feels the same way I can't imagine dating someone that old at that age.
