Sexual Peak is it just a myth or fact

What age did you hit your sexual peak? I have been told for a women it is 30, well I am 36 and think I am hitting it now . I find myself looking at other blokes and thinking sexy thoughts, I never used to.

I have to say my sex life has improved lately too with DH. I am hoping this will last . Is it just a myth about sexual peak? and how long will it last?

I'd heard 36 for women - for blokes it is meant to be 16, isn't it? No wonder so many teenage boys obsess over "milfs"...

16 for a bloke, OMG, didn't know that.

I think it is individual. I guess my libido is lower now than it was in my teens and 20s, but my sex life is definitely better now (in my 40s).
