Evening after some advise from fellow mumsnetters. Seperated 1 year.
Met someone who I used to date he saw me coming and love bombed me before discarding me.
This happened about 3 times over a few months and it was quite a horrid and dizzying cycle I never want to repeat.
Having been in a 15 year marriage and being so long out of dating I had no idea these people existed and im certain he had other women. Anyway whats done is done. Moved on lesson learnt.
So I've met someone seems nice enough talked and exchanged messages OLD then whats appd. Met once. He seems interested, caring, etc all the things you look for but does remind me a bit of the love bombing of the last guy. Says things like 'you are the most amazing woman, so special, amazing beautiful' which is great but we hardly know one another. How do you decipher crazy love bombing and genuine interest?
Is this another one or am I being over sensitive how do I avoid a repeat of last time what do I look for to avoid meeting people like this. Help!!!
