If you register your interest like they said on your other thread then he can't sell it until something is sorted out via your solicitors, I think it gives you the right to stay until your dc is 16 or 18

mustsparkleandburnmore · 05/11/2007 21:38

Is it is joint names or just his?

TLV · 05/11/2007 21:41

just his, do I need to get in touch with the land registery for this form

OP posts:
CarGirl · 05/11/2007 21:42

I thought someone put a link on the other thread

TLV · 05/11/2007 21:44

I've seen the link only i don't have a printer to print it off

OP posts:
GunpowderDragonsAndSoup · 05/11/2007 21:45

Click the link, TLV. You can just print the form off and fill it in.

If you need the title number, you can find this out for (I think) a £3 search fee on the online land registry

GunpowderDragonsAndSoup · 05/11/2007 21:46

iamsoupdragon at gmail dot com. I'll print it now and post it to you if you like.

CarGirl · 05/11/2007 21:46

Have you got a friend with a printer who would print it off or have you read the leaflet it may tell you on there or presumably CAB may have copies of it.
