Probably wrong board, sorry!!

Me and the ex are selling our house. He's living there but let's it get a right mess. We have a viewing tomorrow and I have to go up tomorrow a few hours before hand and make it presentable...
The toilets will need a bleach and I'll need to hoover around. There'll be dirty plates etc that I'll put in the dishwasher.

What shall I focus on? What would put you off a house?
Should I clean the windows? Or make sure the toys are all away for example? Should I clean the shower or declutter the garden of leaves etc??

If you really want to sell, de clutter, clear every surface and make sure it's spotless. Take down personal pictures, empty bins or better put them out of sight. Fragrant candles lit about an hour before they arrive. I did this and from start to finish took 3 hours every time. Sold the house last month so it worked. Think of a show home, that's what you're going for. Also get out of the house for the viewing, I always hate the sellers being there, I feeI I am intruding.
