Keep me safe

I left my abusive H 7 weeks ago. He has all the markers of being homicidally violent if he should catch me. My order of protection expired and the emergency custody hearing isn't until 30 March. I think he may figure out where I have been living in hiding with DC soon. I know a lot of you have survived similar situations and I just really want words of advise about things I should do/think about to keep me and DC safe.

No advice but wanted to bump for you.
You have done an amazing thing, getting yourself and DC away from him. Do you have a DV liaison with the police? Could they help?
So sorry the system is leaving you in this position Flowers

Do you have a police contact? Or if not can you call 101 for advice?

Are you in a refuge? I assume you're working with womens aid etc?

If you’re in England, you can apply for a non-molestation order so he is still obliged to keep away for you. If you speak to the National Centre for Domestic Violence, they can explain the process and may be able to help you with drafting the application.
