Hi, so this may be completly wrong place to put it but i have 2 boys at home 5 and 7. My main thing is my husband our relationship has been struggling for a long time. We have a counsellor but things dont seem any easier and its just gets worse. He goes to work 3 days a week but the pressure feels like its 24/7 its only retail and low down so not forced pressure but things he does to himself. I feel like im alone yet he thinks we are ok. We have talked about it but he dont seem to get it. I want to have a break but feels utterly impossible in the pandemic. Do i stay or do go??

Couples counselling? Or you could go on your own to try and work out what you want

Is he putting pressure on himself re obsessing over the job he did, or because he's not full time? Are you working? So it is money worries or he feels bad you're earning more?

Your op is quite vague but ultimately if you're unhappy, you don't need a reason or permission to leave. Have you got family you could stay with for a few weeks? Could you have the children whilst he's at work as your contact time?

Financially we are stable and he wants a mortgage. We do counselling together. I would like to take a break but noone can take either of us in atm and nor can hotels :( just feel like space would help us both. Its hard explaining the problem as its aqward at home. Its like we are 2 different ppl just in the same home.

If you're working you could look at getting a shirt lease in your name privately so you can move out.
