fordyce spots

Hi I have tiny tiny new white spots on my vaginal area inside the lips going down to the end of my vagina.
Could it be herpes just forming or fordyce spots!?!

Doesn't sound like herpes, isn't herpes painful? If they are painless it might be Fordyce spots or genital warts. Best to get it checked out at your local GUM - assuming they're still open during lockdown.
