Been split 2 years now, I finished with him. Just seen (bloody SM 'friend' suggestion) pic of him and new gf together looking very happy. I knew he had met someone, but as I don't really do SM as such (certainly don't stalk) never thought I'd come across it.

I don't/didn't want to be with him, don't regret my decision, but I still feel a bit rubbish, I don't know whySad

Ah OP, we’ve all been there. Just give yourself a little time and self-love, and you’ll get over it. SM is just a nightmare for this sort of thing unfortunately.

Thank you @ThisTooShallBeFantastic I know it will pass, it's the time between now and then😔

You split with him for a reason!
You probably just had a pang of what could have been but trust yourself and forget all about the friend suggestion, or block him so you will never get another suggestion

Best to be on the safe side and block. Even if you're pretty much over someone seeing stuff like that can set you back. I try to avoid all SM for precisely this reason.

@2021vibes @thehouseneedscleaned he was never on any of my SM, I deleted him from my phone when we spilt, so I can only guess it's a shared acquaintance that brought the suggestion request up, it was the gf name not ex either..really weird!
