So my boyfriend lives with me and I'm thinking of finishing with him...can I just kick him out? His name isn't on the tenancy

Yes of course you can.

Rustydusty · 06/02/2021 20:58

Is his name on any if the bills?

I mean you can kick him out anyway but just that it might be best to remove him from any of those he is paying first.

Yeh let them know. If you're the only adult in the house after he is gone then you'll get the single person discount on it too.

Yep. Give him his marching paper.
