Prefacing this by saying : I am bisexual leaning more to lesbian than heterosexual. I am in a heterosexual marriage and committed to it.
I have a male friend and we get on very well, great banter, often differing opinions but this usually leads to good chats. He is married, I am married. I have quite severe anxiety and also social anxiety. I just want to ask how often it's acceptable to message him / he message me? I am worried I'll message too often and his wife (who I also know but not as well) will assume I am pursuing him. Any advice?
