Online dating advice? Recommendations?

I would like to try online dating. I haven't dated in years 10+ and I really just want to dip my foot in and see what happens.

Can you actually find a partner with old? I don't want casual hook ups but not necessarily wanting a full blown expecting marriage relationship. I'm a single parent and just don't even know where I would begin. I tried tinder but I just can't grasp the idea swiping.

I met my partner through Old. My advice is to take it all with a pinch of salt. Go into it as a bit of fun & don't get too invested early on.
There are some strange characters out there, but laugh about their antics, rather than take them seriously ( dick pics etc)
It's like everything, there's a lot of nice people on there, but equally some real idiots.
