Hi guys,
Looking for some direction... husband is feeling down... being a man, doesn't tell anyone until he is at really feeling it, and then tells me... I comfort and suggest he should call the GP...
His worries (to me) are stuff I don't worry about... Brexit, Lockdown, but I really don't think it helps that he hates his job and at the moment cannot look for anything else... which I totally get.. but I also feel that we are both full time employed and earning (which at the moment is a massive positive, and we can work from home, easily) - kids seem to be coping well but life is boring...
We recently re mortgaged to have some work done on the house... which makes him think he will be working until he dies..
He is a great husband and dad but loses his sh*t quickly over the most ridiculous things so I do think it would be good for him to get some support. He does come over a bit of a grump, but to say he is miserable all the time and doesn't see any point is really worrying me..
Unnatural worries I think out of your control... he worries about things that 'may' happen...
Anyone know of any good support groups or any other suggestions..
Thanks for listening...
