Unfornately our Society can still be Judgmental on mental health issues

But I do think with Lockdowns and peoples emotional health suffering I think there will quite a massive Change of attitudes towards this issue and funding of how to deal with this issue !

People who are Judgemental of this issue
Often think mental health issues Of the worse. Horrific Case Ones which hit the Main Media News !
Instead of being Aware mental health struggles can affect anybody from the Obvious such as Bereavement to someone getting a divorced feeling depppressed or losing the Job etc etc

My ex is the definition of pathetic. He also attention seeks. He also acts very manipulative and controls situations. He wrote a nasty Facebook status about me when we split up and it caused a lot of online abuse/bullying against me. He victimised himself to everyone and made me out to be the bad one. So yeah, I think people are pathetic and can't take responsibility for their own issues and so instead turn it round on the other person instead!
