Jealousy counselling

I need to go to counselling regarding my jealousy (I suspect it's called retrospective jealousy ?)
It's ruining my marriage and understandably DH has had enough of me 'interrogating' him over his past etc

But I've never had counselling before and don't really know where to start . Is it cbt that I would need?

Not a clue but hopefully others can advise and well done for seeking help. Do you need counselling together as well?

It probably stems from low self esteem. Maybe a counselor could talk more in depth about that with you?
Cbt is to wire your brain to think differently I think, so to see things from a more positive point of view - instead of thinking I could have died in that car crash you would think I am lucky to be alive
