Friend DH refusing to isolate

Hi, my friend and her DH are currently in the process of separating but are still living in the same house due to COVID. He has been unhelpful and unreasonable during this whole lockdown since March with childcare, cleaning, social distancing from others (he has friends over regularly) But now she has contracted COVID and is rightly staying at home. She is quite ill and not only is he not helping with their toddler (won't help if its not his specified day) He is also refusing to get a test or self isolate. He says he wants nothing to do with it and is angry she has brought it into his life.

Is there anything we can do? I would love to contact him for a reasonable chat but I know it would only make matters worse for her if I get involved. I live away so I can't help with childcare. It's very frustrating seeing her suffer like this.

Difficult, and I don't know how to answer really but:-

Report him. www.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/c19/v7/tell-us-about-a-possible-breach-of-coronavirus-covid-19-measures/

Contact local council and ask if they can help or how to help. Social services?
