Getting over a narcissist

How do you get over them!?

I kicked him out in May. I did so well for months. Helped by the fact he was vile to me, accused me of restricting access.to our daughter (he has nearly 50% access) told me I wasn't entitled to 50% of our home, was vile pretty much constantly until i blocked him on everything, rewrote our 14 year relationship into something nasty and jumped into a relationship with a colleague, introducing our daughter.

So things were quite easy until his relationship with her ended in November. Now he is being intermittently quite nice, and back to vile. And I'm now finding myself thinking of the good times. Missing him for the first time since May. Refreshing my emails constantly, to see if he has emailed me (only allowed form of contact).

How can I get over this man. I hate this feeling after feeling I came so far. None of this is helped with yet another lockdown, and feeling ever so lonely.
