I found blocking them on everything- social media/removing number from phone/blocking whatapp etc worked. Then after a while, you just forget about them.

Block all contact. If they find other ways to contact you, block them there too.

Any contact is just a chance for them to hypnotise you with their bs again.

Have a DS together 7 years so have to keep in minimal contact.
Am trying to capture as much as I can on video if needed.

Really hard situation as son 7 has decided he wants to stay with his dad although I'm desperate for him to come with me he refuses to.
I know once I'm properly settled he will want to live with me but finding it hard to leave my son, although have 2 DDs from previous 13 yr marriage who are both unhappy and want to leave as am I. Feeling torn.
