I think I have an avoidant attachment personality whereas my DH is anxious. Can anyone give any advice on how we can improve our relationship, particularly any book recommendations? Thanks!

I read this years ago, I wasn't in a relationship at the time but it helped me realise what I wanted, notice some issues I had that I needed to work on, and I'm now happily married. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Attached-Anxious-Avoidant-science-attachment/dp/1529032172/ref=mpssa111?dchild=1&keywords=attachment+relationships&qid=1607263495&sprefix=attachment+rel&sr=8-1

If you've not read it already it's great.
