Stopping Contact

Hi all -
Has anyone ever had to stop Court ordered contact because it's stopped being safe and go back to Court to ask for a variation of their Court order?
What can I expect?

Depends on the reason, are social services involved, do you have proof of why it's unsafe?
Has the person endangered the child physical.

I know that you can do, and if they think you were unreasonable the most you would get the first time is a telling off.

It also depends, if you believe the contact should just lessen or be supervised only
