So my ither half is a narcissist and have already avoided having to get a specific issue order to relocate by getting a job in the north east. I currently in in Whitley Bay. My ex is now trying to put a mercher agreement in the house so I would have to pay lump sums if I cohabited with anyone ect. I have said no to this. Is we sell ai would move 38 miles away to live with my sister as I would not be able to afford a new mortgage. Would need to save for a deposit. What are the chances of him successfully getting a prohibitive steps order to stop me moving. He can drive and has the children 1-2 nights per week which would be maintained.
I would drop the children off on a Tuesday morning and he would return them On a wednesday evening. He would Collect and drop off on alternate sat/ sundays. He can drive.
The children are 23 month old twins.
