My bf made a comment that all women are needy and that I'm as needy as all women, he wouldn't elaborate on it though. Feel so pissed off about it, over reaction?

I think it's designed to make you feel that you should prove you're not 'needy like all women', and therefore HE gets away with always putting his needs first. It probably works really well for him, either the girlfriend bends over backwards to prove she's not needy or she dumps him, freeing him up to find someone more gullible.

I'd ignore it, he wants a reaction.
