Dating with ASD child !

I have an 8 year old daughter with suspected ASD. I have been seeing someone casually for 8 months and he stays over sometimes but I'm always on edge when he comes over as I don't know how she will behave and I'm on tenterhooks the whole time ! Anyone else dated someone when you have a child with ASD??
