CAFCASS query

Hi all.
I've just received a call from CAFCASS to say they are querying some of the directions on the draft order from the first hearing as there are some things they don't necessarily agree with.
What could this mean? CAFCASS aren't above the Court so how can anything in the draft order be changed????

They didn't specify but I think it might be something to do with full disclosure of medical records which has now been changed to just a letter from the GP and also the fact interim contact has been ordered when there are a huge amount of safeguarding risks despite not being endorsed by CAFCASS.
I can't see how can they influence the Court when the Judge has made his decision??

Any party can write to the District Judge and ask for the order to be reviews if they have a valid reason. It doesn't mean it will happen though.

Well the Judge on Monday was a Tw*t so I doubt anything will change! I've accepted that whatever is being ordered is in the best interest of DD! nobody else.
