Submitting evidence in Family Court

Hi All,
Does anyone know if there will be an opportunity later down the line to submit more evidence towards family court proceedings?
We are due to have a 2 day fact finding next year, my ex thinks he's got one up over on me because the Judge gave him 1 hour of supervised access in the community with an independent social worker he is paying for when CAFCASS said they couldn't endorse interim contact.
He's also struck out a second statement I submitted and all of my evidence. My Solicitor said we've not been invited to submitted more evidence yet but we will later on.
Do you know when that is? My second statement included everything and all of my evidence :( I feel so heart broken if it can't be seen by the Court. It's just so unjust.
