How to prevent lockdown ruining my relationship?

Been together 4 years, lived together for 3 and got engaged in June. We've been locked down together since March working from home (me part time, him full) and we're really getting under eachothers feet now.

We also have a young toddler who has started pushing boundaries so the added stress doesn't help.

We're constantly bickering about stupid shit and it just feels like we're housemates. What can we do to break this routine we've fallen into and get some sort of romance back? Sad

Get out of the house together for a walk, get take away coffee, just so that you are not both constantly in the same surroundings. Can you get some time just the two of you when LO is asleep? Also can you both take it in turns to have some alone time out of the house/ with other parent and LO out of the house? It's a stressful time for so many couples so I sympathise!
