Tubes tied pregnant?

I had my tubes tied during my c section 3.5 years ago and this past Friday I was horribly sick from the smell of eggs. Took a test Saturday morning and a faaaaiiinnnnt line appeared. Took another this morning and a slightly darker line appeared.
Im not due for my period for another 10 days.
Has anyone else had this and not been pregnant? Or had this and been pregnant?
My lower back and abdomen are tender but that isn't anything unusual for me. At what point do I consult a dr? Do I wait till my actual period is almost due?
I can't rely on missing a period as bled for two of my pregnancies.

Personally I'd book in with the doctor. Tubes that have been tied can heal themselves but it's rare and more likely to result in an ectopic pregnancy, so it's important you get early scans if you are pregnant.

Highly possible, the failure rate from having your tubes tied is quite high (higher than most other forms of contraception)

I've had had my tubes done and it can affect your cycle slightly. I have painful boobs every month that disappear when I start my period. I was told the failure rate is less than 1%, so although unlikely it's technically still possible.

What was the result? I'm experiencing the same thing right now
