Hi all

I kmow this is daft but ex husband is moving his stuff out tomorrow into his new place. Kids are all excited daddy has sorted out his new place finally.

I just want to cry. It's been over a while but it just now feels all final. Same as divorce will I guess when that happens. There is no chance of us getting back together as he cheated but still just want to cry

So asking for an unmumsnetty hand hold to get through the next few days

It's painful but in time it will feel better x

Just a little longer ... you'll be ok.

Change is painful but this is the start of a new beginning for you. Once the dust settles on your new life, you won't look back.

Sending a big virtual hug. I feel the same but am a few weeks behind you, and already dread every day. I hope tomorrow is a brighter day for you. Every day may not be good, but there is good in every day...

How are you doing now? What is the best thing you could do to feel a bit better now?

Dashel · 27/10/2020 22:48

Keep busy, do some exercise and believe that that this is the start of the rest of your life and things will get better x

Holding your hand right now. I remember this when me and ecDP completed on selling our house and me moving to the new one. It's so tough and I do understand how you are feeling. Thanks
