Contact with violent father

Hi MN.
Can anyone give me an idea of how contact would work with a violent and abusive father who we've fled from (myself and one child) and our address is confidential and cannot be disclosed. I know at best he is looking at contact centre.. But he has previous for stalking and also getting friends to follow ex partners home.. Notwithstanding the fact he has abused myself physically and emotionally and psychologically, and he's also abused our child physically and psychologically and was under investigation for child abuse.
Just wondering how contact would even work if he was to have an unknown friend waiting outside to follow us to find out where we live. I'd also be scared of him probing our child to find out where we live also. He's continually harassed and stalked me prior to me moving County.. I've then got a non molestation order on him.
Some advice would be welcome.
Thanks.

Why are you considering 'Contact' ? has he applied through the Courts? Do not agree to contact without legal and social work advice and support. 🌺

Hi, yes - he's applied to the court, we have the first hearing beginning of December...

I think that you need urgent advice on getting a prohibitive steps order to remove his rights to access.

I asked my solicitor if I could get one but she said I can't because he's not done anything since the injunction was given. Can I get a pso now he's initiated court proceedings?

Sorry changed my username again xx

it will not work under any circumstances. Fight with all you have to prevent this.

I have a lot of evidence and authorities involved.. He's a violent, abusive bully. Just scared about him getting contact.
