Under what circumstances is a father denied unsupervised contact with his children?

I’m gonna have to let mine go to him one day aren’t I? Sick of fighting.

What are your reasons for wanting to stop unsupervised contact?

I would imagine he would only have supervised contact if he was abusive to the child , I know of people whose exes were abusive to them but they still get unsupervised so think it might need to be directly to the child

Yes you do have to let him have contact with his child. Unless he has abused his child. Google parental alienation .
