Having first baby, feel insecure

Am due first baby next month, and I feel really insecure at present.

DH still has both parents. Mine are dead. And I feel unequal in the relationship all of a sudden. I feel as if his side is a warm extended family and on mine is nothing.

Can anyone relate? Or am I talking bollocks?

I'm not pregnant but my OH has a lovely warm family and I have nothing. We are TTC so if it happens, I know that his family will be fully involved and I won't have anyone. It's difficult and I get upset but I'm just thankful I have his family!
