Hi all. After a very awful breakup (long line of many) I’m really struggling. Lonely, struggling to eat/sleep feeling a bit manic. Any suggestions to cope?

Watch ‘Wild’ with Reece Witherspoon. Music. Long walks, running, challenge yourself to do something. Go out in nature, sit on top of a hill, sit in the rain.

Thanks everyone! I’m really trying to keep busy but today I’ve just crashed- how long did it take for the constant feeling sick to disappear?

I know that sick in the gut feeling after a breakup. Depending on how long and how in live I’m with the person determines how long it takes For the sick feeling to go away, usually a month but it may still take months to get over them mentally.
