My and my ex have spilt up, there is non molestation order due to his emotional/mental abuse. I am currently 35w pregnant.
He has raped me whilst I've been on medication, drunk, woke up with him touching my private areas and pressing his penis against me, I did not have sex with him at the time of conception. I only can remember one solid date of rape.
I am contact with a local charity(I have Rape Trauma Syndrome) and I am going to press charges but I'm petrified of going to do a statement, he is going to deny it. He comes across as very plausible and will blame my 'mental health'
If anyone has had similar circumstances I would like to hear the advice or any support through this process.
