Hi everyone, so me and my partner split up in may due to the coronavirus (been together on and Of for 6 years) weighing us down with money problems and also loosing our 6 day old son Alfie in 2018 has been a massive strain, since loosing him we didn’t know how to have fun anymore or laugh or love for even that matter :( it hit us so hard because we wanted him so much...he decided to break it Of in may as things had been on the rocks since last Christmas with my depression, (lost my grandad the year after my son) (also I am 28 and he is 34) I have been a D**k with him for months, I guess I took on this strong woman grieving mother role and I took it to far becoming quite cold towards my partner, I didn’t know who I was suppost
To be after loosing Alfie but I knew I wouldn’t need be the same for a while (slowly getting back to myself now ) we haven’t spoke since the break up but he keeps coming online on WhatsApp for a few days and then he dosent come online for a few days, I think he wants me to say something but I don’t even know how to start a conversation with him, I really want to know if he is ok, this break has shaken me up and made me realise what an idiot I have been, how would you start a conversation with your ex would it just be a simple hey how are you ? Any advice would be great :) thanks
