First date exP is supposed to pay child maintenance for our DD.. I just know he's not going to pay.

My ex was a couple of days late with his first payment. Then he asked to pay in instalments as he couldn't afford it all in one go! How he was planning on paying the rest I don't know as only once a month he gets paid! He was late every month for 6 months, often making me beg and plead for the money.

In the end I told him I wasn't going to ask him again. He was to set up a direct debit for all future payments. If he was so much as a day late with any further payments I'd be into the CSA. Never had a problem since!

Hope you're not kept waiting!

Ours is through the CMS.. So he has five days to pay from tomorrow but I already know he won't pay. He's asked for a mandatory reconsideration over how much he has to pay when I know full well how much he earns.. The advisor said it could be up to two months before I get anything. He's just a total pig :(

Ah, sorry, I assumed they would just automatically take it from him. I was lucky in that I never had to go down that route. His family would have shamed him if he hadn't paid up!

Shame him. Tell everyone you know that he's not paying for his child including his friends and family
