After a break up (married, he cheated) how can I get on with my life ?

I was doing great before COVID, seeing friends, going to the gym, losing weight so
Felt good about myself etc whereas due to lockdown and working from home I just stay in my pjs most days and have lost all motivation.
I want to lose weight and get fit etc but working from home and looking after my kids takes up all my time and energy. I suffer depression
Too which doesn’t help

So sorry your life isn't too bright and not helped by the current C19.

Not wanting to solutionise, but it tends to lift my emotions and mood to get into the routine of get up, shower and dressed. It's really tempting to stay in PJs but just the action of digging out some day clothes and putting them on, plus even some light make up, is very helpful.

Remember self care, look after yourself first and foremost, and if you can get into the new mindset, to mimic what you were doing pre-lockdown, it's kinda fake it til you make it 😃
