CHEATING

ash677x · 09/08/2020 13:47

So I met this guy when he was with his ex. We slept together while they were together. He broke up with her and got with me. And I've just found out he's cheated on ME with HER. Should I be mad???? And why is he so interested in me cheating and what I am supposedly up to when he's the one cheating?

Block and move on. This person doesn't deserve you.

cookingandlooking · 09/08/2020 14:16

How they found you is how they will leave you

Opentooffers · 09/08/2020 14:17

Cheaters believe that if they are at it, then everyone else must be. It's how they justify it to themselves. So, whatever your answer when he asks, it will never satisfy him. Cheaters are more jealous than most IMHO.

mummyofgirls123 · 09/08/2020 14:46

Were they really finished or is that what he told you to make you happy??
You can't exactly be mad if he cheated on his ex with you..!

toomanyplants · 09/08/2020 14:48

Should you be mad?
Should his then girlfriend have been mad when you first appeared?
Sounds to me like you all deserve each other!

Chocolate123 · 09/08/2020 15:13

Karma. You are all as bad as each other.

JorisBonson · 09/08/2020 15:14

@Chocolate123

Karma. You are all as bad as each other.
This.
ash677x · 09/08/2020 19:46

Of course I am mad. He's told me that he loves me and wants to be with me and constantly questioning what I am doing when I've been 10% loyal. Why wouldn't I be mad

OP posts:
tobedtoMNandfart · 09/08/2020 19:55

10% loyal 🤣

Because you were quite happy to sleep with him when you knew he was in a relationship with her? Now the shoe's on the other foot. Karma indeed.
SoulofanAggron · 09/08/2020 19:58

The same happened to me. I would get rid of the bloke if I were you. He doesn't respect you. Things with my ex were complicated- eventually we've become best friends, but he went through a phase where he was very dodgy about sex in every way. He eventually realized how he'd been was wrong, but by then it was over and I'd stopped being attracted to him. We did get back together for a while, years later, then split up again, because I wasn't happy with the sex.

You could find a decent guy who isn't sexually entitled or still into his ex or whatever. You do deserve better.

TinkersTailor · 09/08/2020 20:00

Hahahahaha

Serves you right.

MikeUniformMike · 09/08/2020 20:05

Well done OP. Glad you are 10% loyal.

Raidblunner · 09/08/2020 20:19

What goes around comes around. Your going to have to suck this one up and learn from it. This has to be an issue for cheat couples that come together like this. How can you build integrity & trust in to a relationship that starts from a dishonest foundation. Both of you are risky people to become involved with.

SoulofanAggron · 09/08/2020 20:22

@MikeUniformMike That amused me too, but we shouldn't rub it in. Smile

@ash677x Read lots of Mumsnet Relationships board. I had a blind spot when it came to the ethics of getting involved with married men, I'm not quite sure why.

But recently I read a lot of this board and I can see it now. We don't have to shag married men, and we shouldn't. We should see them as completely off limits. My friend calls it the 'girl code,' or you could call it 'the sisterhood' - we shouldn't do that to other women. Plus, most likely these men are users or other arseholes who will break your heart.

If a bloke is no longer into his marriage or relationship, or is interested in someone who's not his wife/girlfriend, he should split with them before he does anything. Otherwise he's a wanker.

Nymeriastark1 · 09/08/2020 20:26

Nah 😂 3/10

Ilovechoccake · 11/08/2020 04:37

Karma... the way they come is the way they go

Iloveme30 · 11/08/2020 09:53

Your one of them ...
why would you sleep with someone else's man ?
What about the pain you caused her ? He's not yours now cause he wasn't yours to begin with . Sorry now but ..
KARMA INDEED !

Aquamarine1029 · 11/08/2020 09:56

Yes, it's always such a shock when a cheater cheats again. Hmm

HerPurpleness · 11/08/2020 10:53

Karma.

OMGISeeTheWayYouShine · 13/08/2020 14:49

😂

RLEOM · 13/08/2020 23:40

You really shouldn't be surprised. A cheater is always going to cheat.

Anordinarymum · 13/08/2020 23:46

@tobedtoMNandfart

Stoppit, I have weed my pants now
Flamingnora123 · 13/08/2020 23:51

So you were REALLY pleased he's a cheat, and now you're REALLY annoyed that he's a cheat. He's the same person you met.
