me and my parner have separated 5 months ago we own a property jointly 50/50. no mortgage no children she moved in with him 1 month ago. they have been thrown out she wants to move him into our home can she ???

Morally that is insensitive. Legally i don't know how you stand. I'd check with a lawyer. Someone on here may have more practical advice and come along soon.

I would ask this to be moved to legal. I would presume she has as much right to live in the joint property as you, and she also has the right to have a long term 'guest' as would you. Are you still living in the property?

Morally, moving back in with the om is gross, but legally I fear she can.
