Discovered tonight that the guy I have had a few dates with already has a girlfriend and is going away with her this weekend. Feel like such an idiot !!

You’re not an idiot at all! It’s entirely on him. Sounds like he’s a player and you dodged a bullet. I feel sorry for his girlfriend.

I know you feel awful right now but thank god you found out now rather than much further down the line. He's a cheat and his poor girlfriend will probably find out eventually. You have dodged a bullet big time.
