Not Dating During Lockdown

I haven't had a single date this year. I dabbled with POF before lockdown but didn't end up chatting to anyone I fancied. Obviously there were no dates during lockdown.

It's done me good. I've concentrated on other things. I haven't had the anticipation of going on a date and then the disappointment of not clicking with someone or not having chemistry. I haven't been eagerly awaiting a text from someone I've fancied after a date.

I haven't given up on dating and I am giving OLD another go ... socially distanced dates.

I wondered what other singletons felt about not dating during lockdown. Has it been positive or negative?

I haven’t dated in 3 years, I must admit I find it odd that people struggle not dating for a few months! I guess some people really don’t like being single. I may start old soon but not right now as don’t fancy the thought of socially distanced dates so will wait until things are back to normal.
