Me and ex boyfriend broke up a few weeks ago after 9 months as he didn’t treat me like a priority and was allegedly ‘too busy’ for a real relationship. Have been on social media tonight and seen him cosying up with another girl at his house...lying here wide awake and sad because I always feel like the ‘filler’ girl until they suddenly find someone they deem worthy of a relationship. Had this happen to me a few times now and it’s really knocking my confidence and self esteem ☹️ Not even sure what I’m asking but wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what to do to stop this happening again...I honestly don’t think my self esteem can take it happening once more

That's really sad and this sounds cheesy but the right man will come along and you will never feel like that again x

It’s over because he’s not the right one for you and you’re not wasting any more time on that relationship 💐

He’s also a dick for cosying up with anyone at the moment. That would rile me more than anything tbh.

OP I am exactly the same as you, always the filler girl for men who say they dont want a relationship. Next thing you know they're tagged in a relationship on facebook with another girl! I never seem to be a priority and have come off online dating as its affecting my self esteem too. Its crap I know OP Flowers
