You see a lot on here with women with seemingly very low standards and very high tolerance for shitty behaviour in men, and a lot of apologism for them.
And then in real life, many of the young adult women my daughter is friends with are accepting truly shit behaviour from their boyfriends (and I did myself in the past). I feel pretty disheartened today, because this fabulous young woman I've watched grow up from reception, who seems to have so much going for her, is putting up with crumbs from some numbnuts idiot guy who really isn't worth a single tear. I'm just wondering how we change things for the next generation, where are we going wrong to produce so many women with low self-esteem?
