My mum asked me to change her partners ringtone on his phone the other day and while on it I noticed in the settings it said there was a SIM1 and SIM2. This has immediately rang alarm bells and now I’m wondering if he is having an affair/hiding something from my mum. Does anyone have any advice as I’m not sure whether to tell my mum in case it is innocent.

Perhaps one Sim gives a better deal on calls and the other a better deal on data.

If he was dodgy, why would he let his wife and you have free access to his phone?

Yeah my phone can take 2 sims and when I go to change the ringtone it shows both even though I've only 1 in it. I am waiting on a new sim for my tablet and I'm going to try it in my phone to see how the 2 sims works.

Ask him. You'll soon find out.

Surely if he’s technical enough to faff about with 2 SIM cards he would be able to change his own ringtone!
