Famous last words

Just a light hearted thread on the last thing ( or most memorable) that an ex said to you during the break up that makes you think back and appreciate they aren't in your life any more .

Mine was with an ex that cheated on me... We split up but he contacted me a couple of years later . I said there was no point trying again as I didn't trust him because of the cheating.

He said "I really let myself down , I spent a lifetime creating my good reputation and I blew it all in a few months of being myself".

I thought that response was hilarious, It still makes me laugh and I am so glad that we are over. I never replied, I wanted that to be the last thing he ever said to me. And to this day it is.

Does anyone else have any famous last words?

On the second date I told him it wasn't going to work for me. He shouted angrily: 'But I was looking forward to living in your house'

I absolutely love the updated posts, I've been laughing all afternoon...

@BurtonHouse

You'll do as your told... I like that in the bedroom but anywhere else is just cringe worthy .... So glad you picked up and left that one lol. Reminds me of my gran a bit.... Eek

@trappedsincesundaymorn

Haha ... So the OW didn't turn out to be much of all that ... I love this so much . I can just imagine him scurrying to info the damage because he had realised what a fuck up he had committed.

@SenselessUbiquity

Foremost in your mind should be his convenience ... You should let him know grandfather times been in contact and wants back his phrasebook . I would literally remember that every time he popped into my head . It's brilliant .

@Daydreamer15

Strict and uptight... That man sounds like he didn't get any older than the mental age of 12... It's so good not having to take care of adult children ( I was as uptight as you once upon a time and those are times I'm not reliving ) well done on getting rid!

@Bubbletrouble43

Wtaf! I hope to god you were the one saying that , the guys an idiot! Some people don't take well to being dumped at all do they? And you must have been some catch otherwise he wouldn't have been gutted. Onwards and upwards!

@honeylulu

I would pay good money to have that one in my memory . Absolutely delicious.... And the fact he's nobody going nowhere ... That would make me laugh so much!

@0v9c99f9g9d939d9f9g9h8h

Aww, did you not run after the poor little man and feed his massive ego! Wtf do these people want anyway? You took it graciously... How did you respond to that, just silence ....?

@bigchris

That made me laugh... I would have have said yep , you and Marilyn Monroe .. a couple of candles in the wind. Flipping hell he was full of himself lol.

@Mildmanneredmum

What , you mean you didn't take him up on his cringeworthy offer? .. after dumping you for another woman?.... You dodged a bullet with this one. I'm sorry that happened though... Vile man

@CuriousaboutSamphire

Is it wrong that as a straight woman I kind of fancy you with your red hair and your hourglass figure? I absolutely love that you chucked him out with a mirror . It's so much the story of narcissus it's brilliant . I love it!

@Alwayseatingtoast

Oh my god, my thighs have a wobble and if my other half ever said that he would never see them wobbling again ( and he would regret that!). What an absolute arse!!!! So glad it was a sign to the exit door of that relationship though!!!! And I hope you got your lunch...

Last thing my abusive ex said to me was 'if you walk out that door don't bother coming back again' so that's exactly what I did Grin

@Sunnydayshereatlast

Oh I'm so glad he's your ex... What an awful , uptight sexual relationship.... You must have been like " what's happening now" when you caught him masturbating on your PJs . I love it .. and you asking him if he was almost done ... He must have got the fright of his sexually repressed mind. Aww.

@PrincessHoneysuckle

Aww, I bet you just need someone to walk with, and be an equal to , certainly not a pushover. Do guys know that we don't want pushovers in our relationships? This guy sounds a bit passive aggressive , I'm glad he's an ex xxxx

@fuckoffImcounting

I absolutely love this one. I can imagine it in my head , it is fucking hilarious . I am still laughing at it and I read it a while ago. "But I was looking forward to living in your house". Those are amazing last words.

The one that springs to mind for me isn't quite last words, but it was the big penny drop moment it turns out I needed. I made a comment of, "You're not the centre of the universe, you know," to which the response was, of course: "I should be!" along with total outrage that I would suggest otherwise.

I left within the week.

Very Aggressive ex gf on being dumped,
Well you are crap in bed with a small cock and i faked every orgasm

My reply - more fool you for staying for 6 months and shouldn’t you be relieved its over?
