A woman messaged my husband and said 'someone said you were my boyfriend, they said they saw us at pool on Wednesday' he showed me the message straight away, no secrets. He responded by saying 'lol strange obviously plus I play pool on a Thursday'. I told my husband she was sniffing and up to no good!! He said I was being paranoid, he said come to pool with me then. Which I did of course and guess what she turned up, this woman has probably been in our local 3 times in about 15 years 🤷‍♀️ He said it was a coincidence, now I'm a woman and I know that was no coincidence, am I being paranoid??? Please help 😭

I think you need to have a talk to them both at the same time because this is rather odd.

Not sure I fully understand OP, but why does she have his number? They obviously do know each other.

richele4 · 21/06/2020 02:19

I'm a bit confused too I'm afraid

3 times in 15 years? Why would you even know that

Bisto123 · 21/06/2020 06:28

Sorry didn't make myself clear, we both know this woman. I used to go with my husband to pool but had recently stopped going, I also worked behind the bar so knew who had come in, as it's only a small place.

So how does she have his number?

chatterbugmegastar · 21/06/2020 06:38

If she's interested in him he's obviously not rising to the bait. He sounds like a good guy.

I'd have a little chat with her and ask her to back off and ask your DH to block her number for your peace of mind

You kinda sound paranoid.
